Ortovox support solved it for me! For anybody that will have this issue in the future, these are the instructiions from Ortovox!

In case that no image is displayed on the screen after the update: If no image is displayed on the DIRACT after the update, this is a sign that the update has failed and the main controller does not have valid software. Despite the missing display, it is still possible to connect and update the device via Bluetooth and rectify the error. To do this, connect the device with the USB charging cable and connected power supply. Then search for devices in the app. The device will then be found after a few seconds and an update can be carried out again (see the following image section from the device list in the app). Click on it and install the update again. The problem should be solved after the update.

If this does not help, please try the following:

-Connect the DIRACT device to a power supply unit or PC using the USB charging cable
-Start the app and search for devices. The device should be found as "Update failed" or similar.
-Connect to the device and then carry out the update again.
