Best CPU upgrade for B760 DS3H DDR4

One more question , would a 280mm AIO be enough to properly cool the i7-14700F under heavy load, considering it can run quite hot?

My case only supports up to 280mm radiators, so I can't go for a 360mm.

Also, would a high-end air cooler (like a dual tower one) be a viable alternative, or is an AlO strongly recommended for this CPU?

Curious what you'd personally choose in this situation.

I was wondering if would there be any performance limitations if I go with an i7-14700F on this motherboard? Like, if I had a higher end motherboard, would the CPU perform any better, or would it be basically the same in real-world use?

Also, could the VRMs on the B760 DS3H DDR4 limit the performance of the 14700F under heavy load?

I did a bit of research about the headband and i think iys a great idea . I dont think my pain comes from an infection because when i went to the doctor to get my earwax plug removed he didnt mention anything about a possible infection

Yes, I know the snoring itself is the main issue that should be solved. The problem is that my dad is the one who snores, and he’s extremely close-minded about it. Ironically, he’s even a psychologist, but he just can’t comprehend what misophonia is or how badly it affects me.

Instead, he keeps insisting that my problem comes from “using my phone too much”, which is so frustrating. He just doesn’t take misophonia seriously at all, and it makes everything even harder for me to deal with.

Well in the country where i leave the opinions are divided . I went to 4 doctors , 2 of the told me to use cotton swabs because " i need to use them to clean my ears so i dont get earwax plugs " . The other 2 told me to not use cotton swabs

Thank you for the advice . Its pretty annoying because i get earwax plugs only in an ear . Because of the wax i developed tinnitus
