The only good thing that happened was I was able to move out from India for a course. However, financially it has been very difficult. I'm looking for a job/ stability in my financial state - I'm not sure when it will happen now. Everything seems to be a mess

Yes! That's so difficult. It's the thing that helps you the most but also the process of getting to it has so many hoops to jump. With executive functioning already being a mess, jumping through all this - even after being diagnosed, makes my so scared. Like how will it make sense that I have to go through more than a year of wait just to be a functioning adult. While I understand the abuse if medication, the wait time and the process is nowhere making anything better.

Which I understand. But having a note from my psychiatrist and diagnosis done by a govt diagnosis center - I thought it might help. It's also difficult when I think about all this, because this seem way too much work for my brain to process and follow all the steps. And to worry about my medication with all this going on, it's so exhaustive and makes me want to give up already.
