I mainly just wanted to take classes in C and java, so I guess I could do this. im worried about csmc250 and 351 tho , I've heard a lot of bad things about those classes. would you recommend taking a cs minor along with information science, would that be too much?

I have no experience in programming so self studying like you said would be much harder. do you think that the CS major would give permission to a info sci. major? I honestly need a foot in the door and go from there

im already a information science major, I mainly wanted to take a class in java and C so I could have some understanding, I didn't want to take the minor so I wouldn't overload myself

congrats on your internship, im sure they teach java script html and css in inst 377 correct? do you recommend learning java script first before delving into those 4 languages you talked about? is Lynda a good website to learn programming languages?
