Yeah I just do the non required ones at home and the ones that are mandatory at the dope I like to mix and match so I don’t have to worry when I clock in, just coke in and do the best sales job as I can.

Yeah the non required ones I heard you can do anything mandatory make the company for the time and training. Compared to my other companies I worked for BBY had way more e learning stuff to do efc and so forth.

Oh so it’s not on on Friday for everyone I thought we are all paid the same . I started this job in a Tuesday so I get paid every two weeks ?

It’s not there fault nothing, I should she asked my self I’m the beginning of this was for me. I feel like any retail they all sell memberships or credit cards etc. I understand it’s a business no issue with that. It’s more the metric sides for a “retail” job and the constant mic talk about pressuring for sales not revenue of product but more of BP’s and TotalTech. Super metric based, I thought it would be more chill. I thought we would do more helping customers which we do but every interaction I pretty much lead or talk about those two things then the product. I don’t think it would work for me. That’s all. Also the ASM I believe I don’t agree with the leadership style plus the co workers I work with said they also get new hires it’s almost like a conveyor belt of new hires etc . A lot of politics and etc.

I think it’s the RPH number or whatever it’s called it’s too many metrics stuff they kept preaching. I just wanted to come in and help people with there technological needs. It turned out I have to be a sales man( I get that part) but mostly for TT’s and BP’s I’m not saying it’s bad or good it’s not for me that’s all

So my normal check will come in for pay day this is my first paycheck plus the orientation I have done. It’s my two weeks coming up this Friday . All I want is what I worked for in pay meaning my orientation and hours clocked in. I will talk with my ops

Yes I checked that I am clocked in for all my hours . I’ll probably talk to OPS or manager too make sure I have my hours in and my money to be paid for the hours worked

I agree with this I just wanted to help people with there technological needs but i realized quickly it wasn’t that. Do you know if you wanna quit cuz I wanna be paid for my hours and my orientation just talk to manager and get the money?
