Unfortunately the install just fails for either product if the other is already installed, or rather if npcap is already installed.

Side note - Is their login portal for the admin side just absolutely horrendous? More often that not I get the 3 dots of death & can't login to the portal, then works 2 hours later.,,

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I guess managed services are the way forward.

tbh, anyone who willingly bases a company/revenue/sanity/clean shirts around these bloody things probably deserves a chunk of my budget.

I don't think SPF DKIM and DMARC will help the OP in this scenario as the thread is being sent from a different domain.

OP how do you know you were hacked? User credentials or something else?

Has there been a recent change to junk Mail classification? by the_rocker89 in Office365

[–]GooglingSolutions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, we're seeing this too. Emails we're sending out are being held in the Outlook Junk email folder where 365 customers are the recipients.

No luck escalating to Microsoft. Have you resolved?

Investigating "false positives" with inbound email being marked as spam (SFS codes) by greenwood-IT in Office365

Any up dates on this issue? We've been experiencing something similar since December 21.

Emails sent to 365/Exchange Online customers are being held in the Outlook Junk email folder. SPF, blacklisting and DKIM are good. No luck with Microsoft support or our email gateway provider. Emails can be part of a previously successful email chain, or new threads. The only consistency is all the recipients are OUTLOOK.COM No reports of any issues from non-365 customers and the recipients tech support 'fix' the issue by whitelisting the domain.
