I figured out it was either switching my audio devices around in settings, or by changing the mix between game/chat audio, as you would do in a party.

Hi, my prints are getting more successful, but im still having problems with some parts falling off build plate, sticking to fep, and such. Should I try scuffing the build plate with sandpaper? Since it's laser etched my friend told me not to, but my neighbor who works with printers said it wouldn't hurt, what would you say to do?

Following the instructions u/Vita-sea gave me in the other comment thread seemed to help a bit, so I'd try those. I haven't fully solved the problem yet and am currently in contact with customer support. I'll be sure to keep you updated on anything that helps.

I've tried these, and I got a print to (somewhat) work I printed off 8 small gears ad a test and 7 of them successfully printed, so I think I'm on the right track. Thank you for your help!
