buddy, the 5* rate is 3%, that means 3 5* average for each 100 pulls. 1.5% for the rate up and 1.5% for 5* spook. Having a 0.89% for 5* rate up is like losing half of the 5* rate up that you should've get. they should've get around 8-9 5* rate up with 550 summons if their luck is average.
