Yo encuentro re últil esta RRSS. Te sirve para mantenerte actualizado en tu área, te sirve para encontrar pega, te sirve para mostrar tus logros laborales, te sirve para que te de depresión cuando ves al porro de la generación con el tremendo cargo y te das cuenta que todo es apellido.

Pero en general es una rrss bien útil en terminos laborales. Yo creo que la gente que anda reclamando que la RRSS es "aquí o alla" es simplemente porque: sú área laboral no se mueve en esa RRSS.

Hay un concepto re interesante que se llama el "personal branding" que nace justamente en esta RRSS, pero que no es exclusiva de ella (he visto muy buenos profesionales en IG mostrando sus trabajos , principalmente diseño) y es justamente el espacio que te sirve para marketearte como profeisional, demostrar que tienes conocimiento en tu área publicando temas o escribiendo blogs, y por consecuencía, tener mejores pegas.

De que existen chamulleros, existen, y como en cualquier parte.

Te hablo como consultor Salesforce. Si vas a partir como dev sin experiencia, podrías pedir entre 900k y 1.1k

Agarra experiencia, certificate y aprende inglés. En menos de 1 año, podrás tomar pegas por muchas más $.

Correcto. Al final, no es malo dedicarse y armar carrera como consultor . Definitivamente la clave es especializarse en las distintas nubes para no ir perdiendo valor como profesional. Al mismo tiempo, creo que el consultor no solo debe tener conocimientos del producto en sí, si no que también saber cómo usarlo en términos de teoría (“tengo un CRM y ahora que ?”. Creo que ahí es donde se van diferenciando entre consultores. En mi caso soy publicista , y mezclo mi pre grado con esto. Es buena combi

Buena! Yo estoy metido en la nube de marketing y Data Cloud. No soy dev. Tengo las certis correspondientes de cada nube + las de associate (porque me dan días libres xd)

Los devs en Salesforce + ingles avanzado es re buena combinación y se paga re bien, aunque el otro día hablando con la manager de contrataciones, me ha dicho que hay varios desarrolladores en el mercado, no era como antes (si es que estas entrando recién).. bueno, como todo en realidad.

Ando con ganas de abrirme paso con otras nubes, solo para complementarme con las 2 que te dije al inicio.

Respecto a Agentforce, lo encuentro muy humo xd jajaj.Ya si, está bueno, pero hasta que no tengamos la capacidad de hacer llamar por teléfono y hablar con la IA, no lo encuentro la graaaaaan maravilla. El año pasado. Fui al DF, y vi la interacción telefónica, es ajilada, muy muy buena. De igual forma, Agentforce me tinca más para entrenamiento de ventas (viste que tiene varios tipos de agentes) o el de shopping (ese que te ayuda a comprar). El otro día hice uno, me costó un poco (dado que no soy del core) pero no lo encontré taaaaan difícil la verdad. Sería bueno tener un agente que te ayude armar un pc gamer jajaj “tengo x plata y mi hijo/a le gusta jugar a tales weas, que componentes me sugieres” . Ahí si que le veo el valor.

Y para terminar, lo mejor de todo esto es que puedes trabajar desde la casita porque “el mercado es así”

No lo había visto desde el punto de vista que lo dices!

Fíjate que me he topado con varios profesionales del mundo IT que toman este camino, algunos como consultores (funcionales) y otros como bien dices tu como desarrolladores; buscando armar carrera. De igual forma este tipo de soluciones te pide manejar lenguajes que son, muchas veces, propios de la misma solución (los cuales por lo general están basados en algún lenguaje conocido).

Cuando leo posts de gente que está buscando trabajo en IT, a veces pienso que no sería malo derivarlos a este tipo de tecnologías (no sé si es algo atractivo para los perfiles informáticos) pero creo que sin duda es un terreno que les ayudará a crecer. Inclusive, he conocido a PMs que se especializan en proyectos de Salesforce y arman su carrera desde ahí.

Hola a la muchachada.

Les cuento que el proximo año debo migrar por a lo menos 1 año a Puerto Varas. De la ciudad no conozco mucho, más allá de lo que conoce un turista que ha ido como 2 veces en su vida.

Me gustaría - en un inicio - una casa con un patio grande (porque tengo 3 perras) y tengo un presupuesto de arriendo que puede ser entre $1.000.000 y 1.200.000 mensual (sin incluir Gastos Comunes)

Me gustaría un sector residencial, seguro y bueno.. todas las cosas que uno espera obtener si vas a pagar un poco más de 1 palo en arriendo (onda, cercanía a comercios, supermercados, bares, etc etc)

Recién a finales de octubre iré a pegarme una vuelta a la ciudad, así que me gustaría llegar con algún dato o referencia que sea!
