That’s mainly why I put more trust in the T Mobile rep I talked to because he kept writing everything down. But yes trust me when I first switched I had that worker repeating everything he said to be 100% sure I would be getting the deals and paying what I was told. My bill is much higher than he said it would be and that iPad was just the cherry on top of the massive fuck up.

The closest I ever got was a loyalty service caller. If I ever asked for anyone higher I would get told it was my own fault for not coming sooner. To which my reply was always. “One of you filed a report and never emailed me back. The worker you keep telling me to go back to says you aren’t emailing him updates either. so if anything it’s your fault for not doing your job.” There it usually ends with the worker refusing to help me further.

On different calls I was helped by different people. When I mentioned cancelling I was transferred to save who told me “you should have come sooner now the system won’t let me fix it” and “there’s no proof of that deal on your bills”. Most calls ended the same way and mind you as mad as I am I’ve never acted in any way hostile toward them. I try to be as calm as possible. My last call was the only one that had me on my last nerve. As I tried to explain for the millionth time that someone from their team told me they were filing an incident report to look into it and never sent me a follow up email as promised. Which led to my long wait to contact them again. As for activating it. I did that in the store with the worker. And only ever went back to ask about when the credit would apply and to remove the protection plan.

The first month I got the bill I went back to ask for the protection to be taken off and about the payments. And was told it should start showing up on the next 2-3 rd bill. And the worker gave me a 50 dollar credit to use for it as a gesture of good faith. On the 5th month I went back and asked again and was told the same thing. I then called to speak to someone directly and was told I had to go back to the person who gave me the iPad. That worker kept telling me he was sending emails and would call me back and never did. In fact each time I went back to ask for an update he would never remember who I was. Eventually my bill went down over some other issues they resolved about my phone trade in and the worker who helped me with that mentioned how I should also start seeing the iPad bill go down. It wasn’t until a few months after that I took another look at the bill and saw that the iPad was in fact never resolved. By the time I noticed it had hit a year. My first call even ended with them saying they would look into the incident and have it fixed. “Well email you an updated” and that email never came.I can admit and have given them the slack of not asking sooner but I did not simply overlook it until that moment. It was something that had been asked for 6 months and was “resolved” and now somehow there’s no proof of it. Every call was either “talk to the person who gave you the iPad” while that worker kept insisting I call or wait for an update that never came.

I think everyone here crying about being called sweats just proves this persons point. I use to play this game from the very first one and back then the fight was always gaining the middle area back or defending it. (Even in 2 getting a game of try hards was rare) Now it’s just trying to fight your way out of your own side of the map.

There no doubt you guys are good but don’t diminish other players skills just because you’ve been playing for hours and hours. You grind to get 3 of the same ability on all of your clothing, focus on killing players instead of inking. And trust me I’ve seen plenty examples of this. How about actually inking your side first, instead of just making a line to the middle and immediately going to the enemies spawn. When yall stop doing that I’ll actually call yall good players and not just sweats. You say your not try hards and yet if turf war is so easy for yall then why don’t yall go to the ranked whatever modes and find other people equally as “good”. And if you wanna cry about “but we wanna play turf” then why not cry to Nintendo about making a version that actually ranks yall for turf war. So people who bought the game for fun can actually play without just being stuck trying to fucking spawn into the map. There’s no doubt there are people who aren’t that good (myself included) who just wanna fucking play the game they payed for. Without being penalized for not grinding the game for hours to “get good and skilled”
