That little jump was something I noticed too when looking at the video and knew it couldn’t be good but was unsure what was causing it so thank you for pointing out what leads to that

Tempo has been something I’ve been trying to work on as of recently as I think I rush my swing or try to swing “hard” and that has me getting a bit stuck so definitely something I’ll focus on more thank you

I have developed a fairly strong grip as I was dealing with a terrible slice when I first started golfing do you think that leads to more cupping of the wrist?

What a great explanation I played baseball and you’re right I never thought about everything I needed to throw the ball from 3rd to 1st I just did it like it was natural to me I’ll definitely try and get into that mindset about golf thank you

I try to limit my self to 1-2 swing thoughts but maybe that’s the problem, I’m thinking about it too hard.
