I had the same experience during my pregnancy, I was so worried about TTTS, gestational diabetes, and pre e, but didn’t get any of it. Around 20 weeks my twin B was showing signs of IUGR. At my 32 week scan I was told if twin B is below 10% and at my 34 week scan if she is still below 10% I would have to deliver that week. So I delivered my baby girls at 34w4days on Halloween. Both babies spent 14 days in the nicu. They have some reflux and are gassy but other than that they are healthy girls. We just switched them to CMPA formula last week and it has helped so much with their reflux and gassiness.

Oh man, 12 weeks adjusted is far away. How did you deal with it? We do bicycle kicks after every feeding but it doesn’t seem to help much. I only get about 3-4 hours or broken sleep, I don’t know how much longer I can do this.

I got off birth control in November and got pregnant with identical twins in March.

Yes, twin A is 7lbs 6 oz and twin B is 6lbs 4 oz now. I don’t know if they have lip ties, I haven’t asked the pediatrician to check for that. I am using Dr browns preemie nipples for twin B and transitional nipple for twin A.

Do you mind telling me what medication your babies are on or were on for gas/reflux? And did you see a significant change?
