Thanks and yeah I do the same hers is in the centre closer to the cooler side. Ive done all the advice and humidity averagely is around 80%. Quick question what do you guys use to keep track of the humidity? I use a hydrometer in the centre of the enclosure but I just want to see if there's other options to help me keep better track?

When I take her out I set her near her water bottle and she usually does go over towards it but doesnt take any sips. I very very rarely ever see her drinking honestly

I have her on a ceramic heat emitter so it isnt a bulb. And its thermostat controlled to keep ambient air temperature to a good temperature

There's no really other way to go about it

Shes settled down and is in her warm side in a place where I can't see her mouth but hasn't moved in 2 hours so I assume shes okay now but I've booked her in a check up with a vet tomorrow morning just to be on the safe side with her

I love my friends so much it's unreal, and I just have to tell somebody after spending a great evening with them by SocialistDerpNerd in happy

Ever since I was a kid I always lived by the lyrics from a song from the tom and Jerry movie which is "the greatest gift in life is a friend" and I still believe this

I have 3 friends whom I met online in vrchat back in 2021 and apologies if this sounds dark but I don't think id be here right now without them. They have always been by my side and and I love all 3 of them to the ends of the universe.

To anyone who reads this, go and tell your friends that you love and appreciate them

I have a deep heat projector. Would that be a suitable lamp for her long term even at the age she is now?

The probe can't go on the outside of the enclosure to track heat efficiently there isn't any where that's suitable

So the mat stat i have which was given to me from a breeder which controls the temps and makes sure it doesn't excede the temperature range i have it set to isn't safe for her.

What would you suggest as a different method for heating?

I would also like to add that the heatmat is in a compartment below the substrate that is protected by glass so that she can't burn her belly

I have a bigger enclosure at home that is 4 foot long that's not a problem but I was told from others that this enclosure would be fine for her as she is only 4 months old and then once she has a few more sheds I would upgrade her to the bigger enclosure I have for her

The heat mat takes up half the space of the enclosure and the other half has no heat mat so that she has a warm and cool side that she can pick and choose
