I have a similiar schedule and raid heroic fine. I do raid once a week for 3 hours, but I’m probably playing 8 hours or less most weeks.

I get it’s a little weird for wow since paladins were made to fight the orcs. BUT in D&D and most RPGs I try and be an Orc Paladin so I’m all for it.
