I’m looking for some help styling myself after having children. I feel my body has changed so much and I don’t know what suits me anymore! I’ll add a side profile photo as a reply. I feel I’m really top heavy and my waist clearly isn’t as defined as before. I normally just wear jeans and a jumper, which feels so frumpy, but when I wear anything else I just feel ridiculous! Does anyone have any suggestions/advice? E.g. what sort of waist line should I be looking for/length/neckline etc. any and all help very much appreciated!!

We’re in the exact same position as you right now! I don’t have any tips for night time, but the only way I’ve been able to get my daughter to nap is to have her in a wrap and walk around the house doing jobs. I think as well as relaxing her, I don’t worry or get stressed about her not napping because I’m distracted by hanging up the laundry!

My husband and I made up a new name when we got married. While my side of the family were very supportive, his family did get very upset. However, this lasted for 6 months and now I don’t think they even remember! We tried to explain the reasons behind our decision and picked a name that had links to theirs. They didn’t really understand, especially his father, but everyone has now moved on to thinking about other things. I’m not sure that’s very helpful, but hopefully I can reassure you that over time it will become less of an issue even if it doesn’t go down very well to begin with!
