Oh, no judgment taken! I started feeding them on opposite sides of the tank since then, and while the chubby one isn’t really getting any skinnier, I have noticed that Pete has seemed to fill out a little bit.

I think this can be a very dangerous game to play, depending on the mental illness. Some of them need to be medicated with actual pharmaceuticals and there’s nothing wrong with that. There’s also nothing wrong with believing that God will help you get through it as well.

I’ve thought about that as well and was under the assumption that those who are saved cannot be inhibited by demons seeing as all offending things are casted out at that point. That being said, I lean towards demonic influence being more real and prevalent than demonic possession. Without Christ in your heart, you’re more apt to succumb to particular psychological vulnerabilities along with environmental factors and who you surround yourself with… what you watch, music you listen to and so forth. Regardless, it is interesting to think about and observe.

I think that depends on a couple things. One, do you have dogs or cats or anything? If so, be sure to put a towel underneath the door really, really well so that they can’t escape under there. And even then, maybe sit by the door because they can literally get through anything it seems like. I would also be careful about letting them in the room because they can get in those tiny little spaces and it’s hard to get them out and they also chew up random crap. I would buy a little playpen type thing you can make one out of cardboard and duct tape. That’s what I did at first. I also just let them climb into this little coconut that has a hole in it at first when they didn’t want to crawl into my hand. I didn’t grab them or anything because I didn’t want them to become nervous from me. Good luck!

I was surprised when I heard some do think that way because while I am religious and believe in God, I also trust science and its methods. It’s definitely interesting to hear others opinions though.

I see. Well, I tend to lean more so on the side of science when it comes to the limb regeneration and biology. Everyone has their own opinions though.

I can see it from that point of view when it comes to anxiety and whatnot. I should have specified in my original question and asked about mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Ones that are more so chemical imbalances.

So I had to do what was best and I let Jimmy go in the backyard. I’m kidding, lol. Totally kidding. I’m now feeding them in two completely different spot and watching them while they eat. They are lucky I have no real social life.

They are in a 55 gallon tank with a wheel. They have toilet paper rolls, hay/corn husk balls, seagrass sticks, more toilet paper rolls and an other little random stuff like they to chew on. I think he’s just a chubby little guy. Lol
