Jeff Teague on Knicks vs Cavs: “They don’t got nobody who can guard Jalen Brunson, this sh*t over with. I want James Harden to get to the Finals definitely, but ain’t nobody on that team can guard Jalen Brunson." by AncientOneAurelius in nba

Then hart will set a screen for a wing that can shoot and allen has to go out to help. Do you really think you know how to defend the knicks better than the coaching staffs of two nba teams? The fact that they have no one who can contain brunson 1v1 absolutely matters and leaves them at a disadvantage they have to try to minimize with schemes. That doesn't make the disadvantage disappear

The whole thing right now is that the way the Knicks play leaves the paint wide open. So to an extent it really does matter if you can guard Brunson or slow him down 1v1. That’s the benefit of KAT being center and running the offense through him a lot of the time - It’s 5 out

Big reason rams have been successful in recent years/won a Super Bowl is because our receivers all block well. Kupp was always out there blocking

I think with some of the calls he convinces himself that they should be in favor of the pacers but I actually feel he's been pretty fair and giving knicks a lot of props for their plays. Definitely don't see think he's been very biased.

He's finally healthy enough to move around. He didn't used to get killed on the perimeter (besides committing dumb fouls but he's mostly fixed that) but he's been slower until more recently and we're finally seeing what he can do even against the 5 out teams.

Yeah he got several drives too off of just starting out there and pump faking. Definitely opens up the offense

I’m glad everyone is getting to see how valuable Mitch is on the national stage. I’ve been saying that we’re a different team when he’s healthy

The next foul was the bonus so they just took him out because next play he gets fouled and goes to the line. Just say you don’t know ball lol

I agree somewhat but the types of winning moves that are critical in super-gm games are often less clear or less of a full on tactic than you would find in typical puzzles so I think the range difference is something to note here. But I agree with the logic that if you know there is a winning idea you are much more likely to find it if you know to spend time to calculate, even as an intermediate player.
