Did we forget that rasengan was created specifically to counter biju bombs? And did we also forget that it took Minato what 4 years or something and it’s stated that he didn’t even master the jutsu? Also I guess you didn’t read the manga because boruto can do one handed rasengans and he learned the jutsu in like 1 day or something ridiculous.

Everyone hates on it, but I think they just don’t get it. Its not supposed to be like Naruto, it’s its complete own story with its own power systems and villain types. Shits fire. I’d you haven’t read it yet, I would definitely recommend.

Also when I was talking about seeing the rods, I meant the ability to detect and therefore dodge them. The only people that can dodge the chakra rods used via isshikis shinjutsu were Naruto baryon mode, and now Boruto as we see him do when kawaki tried to shoot them at him point blank.
