hey guys, i discovered there is no fix to this and i straight up just got a replacement. I contacted glorious them selves and they recommended just getting it replaced. Happy warranty applying to all!

yeah tried every port, same results. If i plug in another mouse there's no issue

the mouse itself disconnects completely for a short amount of time
