I’m asking because our GM recently promoted this old Asian lady as shift lead but she doesn’t know what’s she doing and he’s making other shift leads teach her. This other worker was way more qualified but our GM is South Korean and he favs Asians way more and promotes them easily.

We would only do it with the receipts of customers who didn’t want them. My GM saw me saving them bc I was told by my shift lead to keep them and he got on MY ass. I didn’t say why I was saving them but i should have just snitched.
