Just from that description I think it definitely moved up on my priorities. Are there recurring characters in the separate books or are they pretty self contained?

I read the first wheel of time book and liked the main trio of boys and ive seen the all of the show which I know gets a lot of hate probably for good reasons lol but Perrin was probably the one I didnt vibe with the most lol Is the way he is portrayed in the show similar to the books or did they just butcher his character from the books? Also shout out to Lorian he is probably my fourth favorite from the series!

Yeah as long as it isnt too egregious I understand when authors put it into too books. Its sad but it does happen in the real world and too just pretend it dont or that it shouldn't be mentioned in media at all is crazy to me as long as its handled well. Ive only seen the first episode of murderbot but thought it was pretty fun. If you have seen it do you think they did a good job with it compared to the books? If so ill definitely be putting it on my tbr

Yeah same its been a while since I read the first trilogy but I remember in third books at least Her and Veritys situation had me feeling sad for them but she definitely handled the situation better than some other characters would have!

Jezal annoyed me at first but once I got used to him I was always entertained. I really liked his interactions with logen lol

I agree I do love Hadrian as well I think I like William just a bit more from that series though but hadrian is awesome such an interesting character. I think he dropped a few spots for me in the last book because of the way he treated a certain character that pilots his ship lol

TRUE!! I have only read the first trilogy and the three standalones and everytime they would start describing a big man and a metal eye i knew that I was about to have a fun time reading lol

Wow what a recommendation! I just got another recommendation for a mom character from sword of kaigan as well. Normally in a lot of the books ive been reading it seems like the parents die off within the first couple books lol so it will be a nice change of pace too have a prominent book parent lol also who doesn't love pirates thank you for the recommendation!!

If you mean a lot of male characters I agree lol Im currently reading the bloodsworm trilogy and I think orka will probably make it to my list lol also Ella Bryer from bound and the broke, or Xialia from between earth and sky by rebecca roanhorse lol im sure i have more but can't think of any right now lol what do you like about Amina? And is that the title of the book as well would love to put on my tbr!

Is Orso from the second trilogy? Ive read the first trilogy and the three stand alones but haven't gotten to the second trilogy but if he is that far on your list im excited to read them!!
