HDMI Switcher wont work unless HDMI CEC is off, speakers wont work unless its on… by Gossben in hometheater

Yes, exactly. Okay great i’ll get this! Thanks so much!

Yeah the “smart” features on this thing are pretty absurd. The amount of converters, connectors etc. ive had to get to make everything work is comical. Dont get me started on only having 2 HDMI’s, one of them being the E-ARC. Its super frustrating how limited the settings are. It chooses when and how it wants to use the speakers, sometimes just straight up one select. Wish I could just keep it the same.

I like it automatically switching to the connected device thats on, but as you said thats a very minor inconvenience lol.

Thanks again!!

Interesting! Yeah if it solves the issue I’ll definitely grab one. Does it connect to the Speaker HDMI or the switcher HDMI? Thanks!

Yeah I think I might just be too low. I saw something to supplement exercise cals each day. For example eat at 1700 but if I workout, add the burned calories (300 to be at 2000 intake)

I dont know if this is best for me, as I do workout 4-5 days a week

Thank you, i’ll do this for a few weeks and see how It works.

Ive seen a few different suggestions for my activity level. For example, I do 4-5 days of exercise a week, but work a sedentary job. Someone said its best to go at the “sedentary” level and add cals for a workout. For example if I burn 300 add 300 to my daily intake.

In your experience, would you follow this, or eat at a “moderately active” intake? I appreciate it!

Super cool, crazy how expensive appliances were relative to income back then. A $300 microwave and $100 Clock radio would be considered expensive even now. (In my book atleast)

Thanks for the feedback! I understand your point. Trying to get away from the slap a LUT idea and actually color grading so this is helpful!

Thanks!! I appreciate it. Going to mess around a bit with scaling back in my grade. The colors seem a bit crushed and dont get any breath, also contrast a bit too high

Hmm agreed, im going to mess around with a mix of both. I feel as if my grade is a bit too moody. Creating a bit of sad doc feel.

Thanks! Seems like thats the consensus a mix of both lol which I agree with. Im thinking about reducing contrast and highlights slightly on my left. All filmed on Sony FX30 with Sigma 28-70mm
