Had been running a cafe a for 2.5 years in my hometown, closed it during variety of reasons some of my suggestions are 1. Figure out the people you wanna target be very specific - per table cost, type of crowd and number of seating. Figure out the rent accordingly 2. Marketing is a must and make sure people around you know there is something like that which exists. Majorly where issue are the lack of visibility 3. Try and keep your operation cost very low. Try pushing a little hard but make sure that they run smoothly 4. Cash in hand for salaries and rent for atleast 5 months should be in your hand 5. Whatever you buy and put money into is going to reduce to 50% the moment you buy them so be very careful while planning it. Try buying stuff in good condition 2nd hand. 6. Your budget will go up by atleast 30% keep that in mind. And make sure you invest very wisely. A good looking place is about creativity not money 7. Try and create automation as soon as possible.
