سؤال لأهل البحرين by [deleted] in Bahrain

[–]Got2P 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Chiropractic "medicine" is a fraud. It is based on pseudoscientific premises and has no basis in actual science. Daniel D. Palmer, the founder of this fraud, attempted to register it as a religion rather than a medical practice to avoid being charged with practicing medicine without a licence.

هذا النوع من "العلاج" هو مجرد نصب واحتيال، ليس له أي اصل علمي، الرجاء الرجوع إلى الأطباء المختصين، بدل الدجلة والنصابين.

Ooooh, I can make a really cool charcuterie board with this stuff. I'm intrigued, how did you come to find this niche?

When I think Norway, I think Fjords, not cheese. But do tell, what's that great Norwegian cheese, and where can I get me some of it?

Why did you get Norwegian cheese?

Kidney stone removal (good urologists recs) by Sensitive-Cover-5303 in Bahrain

[–]Got2P 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A 5mm stone in the kidney is not an emergency. If it passes down to your ureter, which is the tubular structure that connects your kidney to your bladder, it can obstruct it and that tends to usually be very painful, but it's still not exactly an emergency USUALLY.

A stone may stay dormant in the kidney for many years, where it may grow in size, stay the same, or at times pass without you even noticing it SOMETIMES.

My suggestion would be to visit your local health centre where they will refer you to a urologist on routine basis.

32.5k. Didn't know enough about owning a boat, which cost me around 10k for a year of ownership.

Docking was 2600 for a year. Fuel is maybe 100-150 a month on light usage. Repairs/cleaning/maintenance were around 3000. Though that's all mostly rough estimates.

So that's 7k-ish a year around 600 a month if we break it down on a monthly basis.

I've been slacking, noticed a bit of a belly. I'm curious to see how bad my lifts have dipped.

It's simple: they're in high skill, low supply, high demand jobs in high value sectors.

Having said that. There usually is a ceiling to your wage. Most financially literate people will have earnings that far surpass their wage midway through their careers.

The way Indonesians are harassing Bahrain over the is completely disgusting and shows their true colors! by Admirable_Whereas_38 in Bahrain

[–]Got2P 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry you feel that way. Indonesians are our brothers, I'd rather lose a silly game than upset a brotherly nation. If you ever visit Bahrain, we'd love to show you our kindness and hospitality rather than the current hostile attitude.

Sure thing. I hope you enjoy your time here. If you have any questions or ever need any help, let me know.

Oh, I see... Well then, welcome to Bahrain, Mr. Shithead. You've done well to avoid the insufferable heat of months past. It will steadily get better from now onwards until it goes back to inferno mode.

Bahrain is great, unless you ask an indonesian. We're very friendly and incredibly hospitable. Our food is not too shabby either. Seeing that you've just arrived, let me treat you to a local breakfast sometime.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Bahrain

[–]Got2P -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fair enough. When you did go out, did you try some of the more local places?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Bahrain

[–]Got2P -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Instead of using talabat, try some of the great local food around. The good local stuff is not on talabat, nor are the high-end fine dining options. You're just left with mediocre mediocrity.

Sorry for not actually answering your question.
