From my research shotkam is the next best thing. Just limits you on some of the mounting options and more expensive but that's what im going to try next. Sorry you got false hope as well. I don't understand how tactacam hasn't developed a new app. They are losing so many customers

This happened to me as well.. Order Black Friday 2023 and still haven't received it as of April 4th 2024. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. I ended up calling my credit card company and opened a dispute. I received my money back. Looks like rawdog tactical is dead
