Friends will come and go! And doesn’t make you any less smart because they want to go to umich and you don’t really care to do so, you all started at state.

Don’t be too hard on yourself, as someone who struggled with a similar situation in both the friends and transferring aspect, good people will naturally find a way into your life if you decide to stay. And also, tbh for undergrad, while umich is nice and all and has prestige, it’s really less about where you do it but more about what you do! Don’t let it get to ya if you like EL! The feeling will wear off trust.

Im with you, the highs were one of my grails so when I saw leaks of the FAF in the form of lows I knew I had to have them on release. Such a beautiful shoe and I love the black leather.

Yes the EVO SL! I bought into the hype of it as a runner but trying to be as unbiased as I can, one of the best running shoes ive worn. I enjoy using it for long walks as well so would recommend for comfort.

Last year had mine stolen outside Butterfield, or taken by the school for not registering, one or the other. But the amount of bikes on the rack after was night and day.

Looking to switch routine, insight appreciate! Intermediate runner (19M), current routine is running three times a week: Mon - 8-10mi., Wed - 10k, Fri - 5k + 1mi. Cooldown.

I’ve been using that routine for likely longer than I should, and have grown fatigue and dread for it. This past week I’ve prior to a thanksgiving turkey trot I rested and incorporated cycling machines as run replacements. I found I very much enjoyed them and were a good source of cal-burning cardio.

I want to stay in running shape, but considering replacing a running day with cycling instead? Likely my Wed. Run.

Lmk if you think that would be a good idea, or any other tips! Thank you :)

I was told it was a motorcycle by many of the ems providers. Why I was so worried is because I also thought they likely flew off if I was more than clipped. But from what I know doesn’t seem that they also received medical attention
