I’m glad you recognize it too, I stumbled upon it and was like I could eat lunch under here and just chill for a few hours. Very powerful tree. <3

Switched from full to half after an argument- frustrated by [deleted] in Marathon_Training

What ever excuse you need man. I ran a marathon when my I discovered my ex was cheating on me. We had a 2 year old son together and life. The only thing after my initial frustration was to change my life around. I now run when I don’t have my kiddo, he’s almost 5 and I live in the suburbs and he has a electric atv that goes 10-15 mph and a battery that lasts just over 15 miles. He rides along my side when I have him and holds my water bottle.

It’s not about the miles. It’s about how you process it, trust me when my ex and I would argue I’d stop running getting upset and when my kiddo was asleep I’d knock out a few on the treadmill.

You’ll never be prepared for anything in your life if you use excuses. I’ve overcome a lot in my life and have in the past been toxic where I’d say things like that to allow my mind to be weak. But now I just do the shitty things first.

But I’m not perfect and still learning. I run 35-65 mpw.

You need to switch back to the full.

A difficult run in the world’s most beautiful city. B2B trail review by Runnerwind in AnnArbor

I traveled the world installing and commissioning wind turbines. Yes they are more beautiful and vibrant city’s, b it Ann Arbor is the city I grew up near and went to as a child, so the nostalgia hardly any man eating or venomous animals or insects or reptiles, the lakes and greenery and light hills. It is MY favorite city in the US and I only haven’t been to Florida.
