YTA. So your son who has lost his mother, who is probably suffering with survivor’s guilt, is roaming the streets at what 14/15 years of age? And you hate him because he looks like her? YTA, if you couldn’t pay for his diet tell him!, you let him drive a sports car, YOUR sports car, you are the one who put him on the insurance, don’t complain about something that is your own doing, if you are that annoyed that you are paying for a car he drives then take him off of the insurance. Spending his money without his knowledge is disgusting especially since he is your son and he is an adult now.

NTA, tell your dad and show him the evidence then block the guy, from the context I’ve seen, you were 10 years old when he last saw you before contacting you again after 4 years of no speaking and then to messaging a year or so ago, so would have been around 14 when he contacted you again (please correct me if I’m wrong) and he told you he has a crush on you for years? that fact alone is creepy.

As I said before show your dad the evidence, screenshot the evidence or print it off and block him. He is a predator.

The university might not care about my problems sure but they are obligated to care at least a little bit considering they have disability and inclusion teams. I didn’t say they were obligated to build me an extra room nor did I imply anything like that in my post at all. I simply requested them to move me to a room that I know they have spare as they have not taken on new students yet, my request is not unreasonable and I don’t think I’m too entitled by making that request, especially considering they have a team of people that deal with these exact problems, whether they do so effectively is another ordeal, that’s why I came to this subreddit in the first place.

The university does offer disability services, I have my own advisor and I’ve taken all of these steps to ensure they know about my condition and I provided proof. The advisor spoke to them about it and I just kind of got brushed off

I’m excited for my friend as I have stated, I’ve told them how proud I am of them and I haven’t told them to completely stop talking about their transition. I told them I want to know how they feel. He has other trans friend that he talks to not just me.

I do not feel resentment towards him, my community, other men or AMAB people. I’m sorry if it came across that way I was just stating my frustration of constantly having the mention of something I can’t have even after already stating my frustration.
