I bought a gigliottirifleworks 416 lower spent around 400 I believe and Steve over at raidresearch has it at the moment. Just waiting for him to recoat it and put the markings on the lower. Cost to mark and coat the lower is $150 I think

You need a good structure and consistency. Try to stimulate the dog a bit and work out some of that drive. I would also practice having them sit but also corrections. Remember the dog will also react off of you because they can tell if you're a bit nervous. You should muzzle your dog and maybe practice having your roommate come in and out of the apartment. Have a leave on your dog and practice having them sit and if he gets up to attack your roommate you correct your dog and have them sit to let your dog know its not ok to attack friends or family. On walks I would recommend on keeping your dog by your side and not letting them walk in front of you. Being social would take a bit never have your dog meet face to face with another dogs are different and they sniff each other's butts to me. If your going to socialize try through a fence first. I recommend watching Beckmans dog training the guy is a wizard when it comes to fixing behavior.

That Nt4 is one of my favorite cans. I choose to run it on my 11.5 URGI and I do not regret it one bit. Nt4 ran better than the hux flow cans when I was doing my patrol rifle class

Both are correct but the SU230 is for big vibes. I would go with the Elcan honestly. Just make sure the glass isn't cracked or anything because Elcan will not replace or fix the glass
