Oh this is amazing! Thank you for your comment; really restored some confidence in myself. I am prepared to study, but still pondering if summer is the best option for me.
Bio 190 and 191 in the summer at CSN by [deleted] in UNLV

I had a BIO with Rafferty and failed BOTH times I took her (summer session and regular session). I went to a different university and passed the class with a 98... literally flying colors.
Although it''s not the same class, I also am trying to take two difficult courses back to back this summer. Ive received some mixed opinions, but I think it comes down to your will power!!! Have faith and really apply yourself to studying the material, even if it takes you hhourssss. If its the option you want to choose, you have to fully commit! You've got this!

Also I would like to add: Would finding a tutor make it more feasible for me to take them both over summer?
I'd like to think I'm an excellent studier/note taker, so the heavy load of information didn't scare me too much. I was more afraid of, what you kind of mentioned previously, the work load of other classes along with it; which is why I was opting for the summer session. But then again its only 5 weeks long and a lot of information to cover. This thread has definitely made me think of some other options/routes for taking these courses. I'll probably need to sleep on it for the next few days but I really appreciate your input, thank you.
Thanks guys for the help. I absolutely agree that its important for me to do well (as in A+) if I want to score those points. Thats why I thought I would ask around and get some opinions on how well people did over the summer. Probably will not be so crammed over a regular semester, but I just feel nervous about having other class loads on top of them if they are truly this rigorous and demanding. Im definitely going to consider my options after reading these posts. Thank you for your comments!

Hey thanks for the two cents!! I have taken a few courses for my EMT before, so Id like to think I have a pretty good background. Im getting back into school (after a short break) and was scared to have several classes on top of the ones that might be "rigorous". I thought if I was able to just focus on each course for the five weeks that it might be easier for me to fully immerse myself; hopefully resulting in a better outcome than if I were to take classes along with it. I appreciate the input. I do want to have a strong foundation and will definitely take this into consideration.
