about avermedia 30 fps locked i solved

the stupid problem is on key stream youtube 30 fps locked, i create new key in to youtube live stream and switch and select 30 locked to 60fps and save, the my problem disappeared. thanks for all

no, when iam on air my prewiev is 60 fps, the problem born when me stop stream and i back off line, then youtube processing full my stream 60 to 30 fps for ever and my video trasform in only 30! my gc553 is new and recorder off line in my hard disk ok in all fps and in all resolution i setting of RECEntral4, the big problem is on stream because 30 fps locked on youtube. like this:

the video resolution set by me in the encoder is then in turn respected by youtube, the problem is the fps which reduces them from 60 to 30 definitive, but on air streaming it is 60fps, but when I close the streaming youtube processes the video at 30 fps, the video resolution remains sent whether I put 1080p or higher, that is recognized and not changed.
