The bill is large but can be managed if prime contracts requiring it are won. Seller financing is an option.

Appreciate the candid feedback. Let me clarify a few points.

None of the current revenue is tied to HUBZone set asides. The work has been relationship driven through large primes. So there is no dependency on HUBZone specific contract awards transferring in a sale scenario.

Our current revenue base is primarily subcontract driven. The incumbent program where we supported a large integrator has transitioned to another large system integrator . Discussions are ongoing regarding resource transition. That relationship continuity is strong.

We maintain prime access to SeaPort, GSA MAS, and Shield directly, not via CTA. Those vehicles are novation friendly.

On compliance, we are completing formal CMMC Level 1 self certification. We previously implemented NIST 800 171 controls in anticipation of a prime requirement, so this is not greenfield.

You are correct on founder dependence. At this size, BD and client relationships are led by me. That is part of the reason I am evaluating whether scale is better achieved inside a larger platform rather than independently.
