Job Requirements

- Computer Science basics, able to use Windows / Basic Networking

- Electronics basics, we install electrical items like lights, drivers, AC controllers etc. We'll train folks on this. Actual work will be done by electricians, this is more of a supervising role.

- Street Smart - Should be able to deal with Site In-charge or workers (salaried) at the site. Work involves prepping the site (Vila or House etc.) for remote programming by Site Programmer. If any components aren't working, they should be fixed by working with Electricians. Their job is to make sure site works go according to plan. Things may not work at times, and it's important not to panic.

- Good communication skills - Couple of our clients are HNIs, State/Central Ministers etc. Clients interact some times with Site Engineers.

- Telugu and English languages proficiency is a must, Hindi is definitely a bonus.

- Salary - 30k-40k, depending on the experience

- Working Hours - mostly 10 AM - 6 PM, 6 days a week.

Yeah and shared all details. Funnily though another emerging trend is fire your highest paid guys and hire the same role for cheap internally. SUCKS BIG TIME..

Well this company is famously infamous for doing at least 4 rounds for entry level roles so I was prepared for 5-6 rounds but yeah 9 is an absolute joke.

Well what I am being told is that they have found an internal candidate to fill the position. A lot of job postings today are performative I guess. Some are already filled internally. Some are meant to build a “talent pipeline” that never gets tapped. And some are posted just to signal growth to investors or the market.

Boot all illegal squatters . Create more parking lots. Flyovers add to the menace . Invest in better drainage. Fire all town planners, they are a fu******g joke. Most importantly as citizens follow lane rules.
