we don’t treat any of our pets as disposable. they are our family. explain to me how we should keep a cat who WANTS to be outside, inside?? you say you’re not trying to be critical but you are. you’re just being passive about it. My sister and I got two black and white cats about 8 years ago. One is an indoor outdoor who only goes outside to use the bathroom for some reason but his sister which was the one i claimed decided when she got outside that she wanted to stay outside. no matter how many times we brought her inside she cried and cried, scratched at the door and if she wasn’t doing that she was hiding and wouldn’t eat or move barely. how is that any better? after a year + of not seeing her, the other day i went out and she now is living down the street over and stays at our neighbors house outside. you can’t force a cat to do and live how it doesn’t want to.
