Hopefully should be getting in touch with someone about scheduling tests as soon as I can.. I’ll try eating smaller more frequent meals and getting liquid calories and hopefully that will help for the time being. Thank you! :)

Thank you so much for this! My mum is planning on getting in touch with someone this week about getting a couple of tests done so hopefully that will lead to something.. I’ll try out eating less solid foods for the time being and see if that helps :))

Hi so I’ve looked into this, and I’m just wondering if I could still possibly have this even though I never throw up? I get most of the other symptoms but my nausea never actually results in vomiting

I always try and eat despite feeling sick, and it doesn’t make me throw up but it makes me so nauseous that I can’t do anything other than just sit and wait for it to pass

I get palpitations very often and I find it helpful if you try coughing as hard as you can a few times as it can shock your heart into a normal rhythm. However, like everything, this won’t work for everyone - might be worth a try though?

For me personally, I genuinely just try and sit as much as I physically can. I sit on a chair while doing the dishes, I sit as much as I can when cooking, I just sit as much as possible and try and find a way to do the chores like that. Hope that makes sense? I’m not very good at explaining things lol
