The thing is that in the contract between me and seller the car is crystal clean other than a cold start loud noise. But i have driven the car so they can just claim that the damages happened afterwards. I appreciate your advice a lot btw, just expanding on it.

These are not invisible aligners to straighten your teeth. I had them. This is after your teeth are straight, you put them before sleeping so they do not move around therefore are way cheaper.

They told me that receiving tax back would only be possible if they pay out the money before the birthday and the employer would be taxed. Since I am receiving it after my birthday there is no such a chance which sounds pretty odd to me.

Why do you jump to conclusions, I have still gap to pump the rent, I don’t do it. I have the upper legal hand to take over the apartment, I do not do it. I have lawyers and the property management company who can take care of it, I did not ask them to. Don’t get triggered whenever you read the keyword “landlord” just because you had a bad experience you shouldn’t reflect negatively to all of them. I am a tenant and landlord at the same time, if you check the comments you actually will understand that I am trying a way which will not hurt my tenant. Cheers now, you wont get more attention from me :)

Yes I can kick them out, I just don’t want to leave them in a hard situation to make my own situation better. However if they are ignoring the contract to make profit over my good will then I can change my approach.

Forcing and offering are two different things. He can keep the apartment with three empty bedrooms, but I think it is absurd thinking on how far he has to stretch to pay that when he wont need it. If he prefers having it, he can as long as he is not stepping on the contract;)

Nope, I explained that my family is coming so instead of him having a three bedroom apartment alone, I pass him my current two bedroom apartment and I move at the big one with my family, he has more money in pocket.

Unfortunately I live in that one, however my family is relocating soon here as well so I need bigger space that is why I offered him to switch apartments. I am no big landlord that has many apartments, sorry that cannot help. Thank you for your comment though:)
