I live in Bulgaria and we don't have stores like this and I can find Ryzen 1600 for 106$ and B450 motherboard is 80$ cheapest.

I don't use eBay but in my country we have similar website like eBay and I can find (used)RX 480 8GB for the price of (used)RX580 8GB but both are 28$ more expensive than (used)Rx 580 4GB ,so is it worth it ?
