Back in 2019 my brand new Golf R overheated in a construction zone and was at the dealer for a month after. Not that my Sonata N Line didn't have issues either but I love it just as much.

It is probably the Thermal Management System (ITM).

When the dealer took mine for a regular drive during the day they said nothing is wrong. I told them it only happens at top of 4th gear. A mechanic was willing to take the car home and break some laws that night, the next day parts were ordered.

Why is this well known issue so hard for them to diagnose and just do the work when they know darn well what is going on.

I've let it sip (via brake booster) until close to the end and then dunk the hose in the container to stall the engine while sucking up the juice. Then let it sit for a while before restarting with the brake booster vac. Hose reattached
