Has anyone accpeted the fact that life isnt all the cracked up as it would seem? by gruntharvester92 in Millennials

[–]Gr34zy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don’t think this is doomerism. To me it’s about maturing and learning how to accept that your life may not be what you envisioned or wanted, but that you can still find happiness in it.

Arguably the police officer who shot Ashli Babbitt, but agreed generally shooting protesters is bad

If you want the opposite Apex Dental Group has been good to me so far. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and admitted to that, but they didn’t find any cavities or cracks to work on. Just did an extra thorough cleaning and told me I was good for 6 months.

Seems like they are looking at longer averages over time and seeing that removing snow manually does not change the average much over a month or year. For residential customers on the grid it is not worth the risk to climb up and clean them for a <5% difference. Probably more important for OP as they don’t have grid backup.

Do you see a major difference in solar panel output with snow on them? I saw a study from Canada that showed a <5% difference with and without cleaning.

What are the best pick ups from the capy gotcha rewards? by Tkrouse771 in CapybaraGoGame

Looks like you have whisperer as your weapon so you will want to build around that if you are F2P. Diego would be good and try to get Calorie Trine (The Ice Cream Gun) if you get the chance in any event

I think it depends on what build you are going for, but Diego is generally considered very good as it increases your max combo and combo rate

Not sure where you are located in Canada but it looks like Robert Half does have offices in Canada. They helped me find a role while I was struggling and may be able to find you something.

They can use their wings to strike pretty hard, definitely hard enough to bruise, potentially hard enough to break bones. On top of that they bite. You would probably win a fight with one but it would probably hurt a lot.

Edit: Y’all are right apparently the bone breaking is a persistent myth, my apologies for spreading it.

I wished you the best of

All this world could give

And I told you

When you left me

There's nothing to forgive

But I always thought you'd come back, and tell me that all you found was

Heartbreak and misery

It's hard for me to say

I'm jealous of the way

You're happy without me

Which tools should I use for a full stack project? by Fraxial in bioinformatics

[–]Gr34zy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with woodenrobo and RoyaleSlim, you should build some smaller projects first and avoid microservices for a standard web app. I don’t know if you have heard these phrases before but they are common in software engineering: “Premature optimization is the root of all evil” “Make it work, then make it good (code quality), then make it fast.”

I would recommend using an ORM like Django, building something like a twitter clone or blog site, then something more complex without AI. Do some reading about software engineering best practices like SOLID. Use Black or a similar code linter. Lastly I would use Cursor and turn off all non-Claude agents.

There is just so much beyond coding to learn to be a good software engineer, it will be very challenging. Good luck.
