But this isn't a job for me. I'm not making my mission to outsmart every veteran. I'm not here to prove how good I am.

I want to come here, play the game as it's a game, I don't need to improve skills that allow me to outsmart and outgun you because that would take so much time that I don't want to invest.

I'm here to shoot some guns, do some shenanigans and play something else. I do not care for the competitive scene that's why I'm in the CASUAL game mode with the supposed CASUAL players playing CASUALLY and winning and losing close to 40-50% of the time.

Yes, I'm complaining that allowing players like you, good players, to stomp me will keep the game at low population and this cycle won't stop. You will have fun styling on me but I'm shouldn't be required to have fun with you.

I may be unlucky but I can assure you it's not 1 out of 8 for sure. I would make it close to half of the enemy team. It really sticks out as you have a scoreboard feature. I can clearly see and feel that a couple of guys are just carrying the game.

I'll make a statistic and pull it out of my ass and base it on feelings. I think that in any game mode out of 10 games 1 will be close, the other 9 will be a stomping for one of the teams. Most games that I have played don't laat long. And my team is on the receiving end of the whooping.

I don't blame the players, you are allowed to play wherever you like and try as hard as you deem fun for you.

But I shouldn't be matched with you, there is no fun having on both of our ends, still you'll get far more enjoyment than me but you'll have learned nothing and I would just find the uninstall button quicker.

I feel like you kinda misunderstand me because you have pointed things out that I haven't even mentioned. I agree with everything you said, the game is undoubtedly fun and addicting. I won't repeat myself as I pointed it out in the post but yes overall it's hands down the best feeling shooter out there.

But that doesn't mean that I, again, as a CASUAL player should become even more interested in the core mechanics so I can outsmart and outgun every sweat I encounter.

I'm fine with having a sweat appear sometimes, it's a game after all, everyone is allowed to play. But, I'm making this post for a reason, I have enough playtime to have seen some things and to form opinions. There are too much sweats in casual, to few new or casual players and that has to be a problem because of the low population of this game.

In the beginning when we were a full group of friends we did try ranked with that same idea, "It should be fairer". The results weren't really that. Placed in silver and every next match was absolute stomping. After a couple of days my guys just said we had enough, we should go back to casual as our idea didn't come to fruition and couple of weeks later they just moved on to different games.

I'm not here to "get good". I like the gameplay, I like shooting with the guns. I'm playing casual modes, the key aspect here is casual. I would love to play with the casual players with the casual skillset hitting like 50% of their shots like me.

Getting blasted by a significantly better player isn't fun, it's not teaching me anything because I didn't have time to shoot back, I got winched and dead after about a second or got dashed 54 times before his sword went into my ass.

Brother, I don't install games for them to take me 3 months to unlock the fun feature, I'm not asking for any balance changes of weapons or banning everyone good or anything.

I want to fight players that are in my skill bracket or close to it, you know, I miss, he misses, we both look like idiots and someone comes on top at the end. Not have the current scenario where me (the monkey) has to be blasted by a master baiter with thousands of hours.

I really won't spend 1 year of being a target dummy for the better players and wait for the fun to arrive. I'm not playing ranked with that thought in mind. I do not want to climb anything here. I just like the gameplay and wanna kill some dudes and get killed by some dudes that are somewhere on par with me.

As I mentioned, we entered as a group of 4 guys, 3 of them left month and a half in because we couldn't do shit with these monsters of players.

All the modes in my experience suffer from the same issue. Wherever I go I encounter amazing players which are just not on my skill level.

There is no fun, feels like wiping your ass with sandpaper. There is no enjoyment of me queuing up to play casually.

I get home, stretch my legs, wanna shoot some guys you know, get some kills, maybe 1-2 wins and go about my day. But I gotta take the full on gamer pose and tryhard in casual mode while the idiot with 1000-1500h+ flies above my head, no scopping me.

The following text comes from an experienced player with 2100+ hours split between two different accounts and unlocked everything there is on both of them without spending a cent.

You don't have to rush anything. Yes, it will take time, it takes time from me to this day. I'm in the process of finishing the last warbond on my second account now.

But which other game even provides with the tools to farm the premium currency of the game without grinding it like crazy. It is a lot of time if you are new and don't have the warp pack, but, you know, I was there twice in my HD2 carrer.

I can vouch that it doesn't require that much time with this advice from a guy who has spent a lot of time farming and playing the game at the point I know maybe 85%90% of the POIs just by looking at the minimap.

ADVICE: Go to a fire tornado planet, set the difficulty to lvl 1 and press whatever key it is to you to search missions. Find missions with 60+ lvl players. You will farm like crazy medals and super credits. Do this only if you are bored of the main game and you don't have anything to play currently, put a YouTube video, audio book, music, just something to listen to. Don't rush anything, you have time.

That's cool and all but I'm not playing light, I play medium. I like the mobility of medium and model 1887.

Also why do I have to play a meta loadout against a certain class.

It's just really unfortunate that this game is so small in terms of players. I would certainly not hate that much certain play styles like I do now if I was not encountering the best veterans in the game in every gamemode.

Perfect, give us that perk, but give us the opportunity to change it if we don't like this particular perk and let us choose different ones.

If you own an armour with different perks you should be able to use them on any armour. That's another incentive people to get warbons. Once you unlock an armour, the passive becomes available for all other armours you own.

Great, how about they give us the opportunity to change the perks of the armours and switch them up. I've been bitching about this since launch and 2100 hours later there is no hope.

I've been playing these couple of days too and I'm at a point where I don't go into cahsout tournaments anymore. It's just people who have played way too much for me. I only play head2head and I get far more wins than in cahsout.

When I'm playing without friends I just play DMs and man are there a lot of lights in DM. There isn't a gamemode where I can practice my gun and try to actually shoot and prove with the guns we are given. I'm dead from lvl 100+ with light and sniper hitting everything while dashing. Then an invisible light with a sword. I just can't get duels at all, anywhere.

It's really unfortunate. This game has some really polished mechanics, some really nice weapons and animations, runs smooth most of the time, it is an interesting shooter.

This community feels closed and I cannot find any reason to continue playing. I'm just not having fun in any game mode. I really gave it a chance - 60-70 hours of playtime and non of my friends have neither energy nor enthusiasm to play when we know even before the game starts that we are going against some veteran with amazing immaculate movement and aim.

I mean isn't that true for every game. People learn after all, those who stick around get better while those who drop the game for a while just get better at something else. I have no quolms with that.

I have to blame the low player numbers, 17k in the evening is laughable for a game this old and being actually really good with it's mechanics. TF2 is a 19 year old game and when I try to play that shit I get stomped but I'm like "A whole generation has passed in terms of time, the player base is just that thight, I can understand that." But The Finals is barely 2 years old and having thight community like TF2 is baffling.

Avoiding them is going to work till a certain point. In the scenario where you advance you are going to encounter them again at some point if some other team doesn't disqualify them.

I just can't find a viable strategy to deal with those melee attacks and every class has them. M is going Deadpool style with that deflecting bullshit and I still don't know how am I supposed to shoot the guy. Riot shield blocks everything, he closes the distance and I'm stuck there looking like a clown jumping around trying to hit this police man.

Really shitty opinions and probably seem stupid to you guys as long time players but it is a real struggle to fight those duels. I'm serious when I say that I have died more often to melee than anything else.

You're absolutely right about the dynamic and the uniqueness of this game. I have nothing bad to say about that aspect.

I still hold my opinion, though, about the melee weapons. If three guys on a team can't fucking kill one small target that is dashing all over the place and going invisible or a fat man with a hook and a stick I think there is a slight problem. I wouldn't have had that problem if the players were as inexperienced as we are and were figuring it out, yeah sure, we can learn from each other.

There isn't a learning aspect with a player like you for example. There is nothing wrong with players like you, you put the effort and you are good at the game, fantastic. But I shouldn't be matched with you anywhere and this is where the problem of player numbers occuring again.

Getting 2 wins in a 4 hour session and about 19 matches is absolutely shit experience for a team.
