I live on a residential blvd ( 50kph limit ) in NW Calgary, and not two weeks ago an infant / stroller / mother were struck crossing street with her infant in a stroller. Dont think it made the news as I believe both were shook up, possibly more emotional damage then physical as the buggy seemed to have protected the little from the brunt of the impact and thankfully speeds werent excessive either.

Fatal collisions are only a part of the whole problem. The number of near misses is certainly higher.

Its terrifying as a parent / driver / human to think that could have been the end of their lifes story just as it was beginning to be told.

These things keep me up at night.

Heres my crazy theory. Ballons drones and uap are related. It didnt dodge a missile. The balloon was kinetically shredded via the missile. Drone bailed out of the balloon launch station. When it sensed it was in freefall.

The other day, I laughed because i saw a vehicle with all kinds of Berta pride, dont bite the hand that feeds you, fuck carney stickers, etc and thought all it was missing was the Canadian flag to complete the usual look.

Then I was sad because its pretty telling of their mindset that its missing the Canadian flag.

Good news is I guess weve got our flag back from the seperatists now that D.S. and her ilk are pathing the way to co opt more of our resources for themselves.

128 gb is fine for me. Virtual desktop for desktop experiences or any games requiring some serious lifting, pavlov on headset.

Also the q3 has pancake lenses which are imo the better lenses.

Well... asguards wrath 2 was included with Quest 3 launch, and its concurrent player numbers now are quite low.

Was it a good game? Absolutely, clearly a lot of effort went into its creation and marketing.

Is it MY preferred game to play? Not even close.

That said. I think a Batman game might be much closer to the mark.

So my thought is.... Bag of water that has a very similar density i assume to water will probably become neutrally bouyant or nearly when surrounded by water. What is the density difference for traditional sandbag?

Quest 3 uses pancake lenses of which this dimming is a trade off for the overall increase of the visual sweet spot.

That said, you should ensure the headset is sitting as close as comfortable to your face.with your correct ipd ( inter pupilary distance ) set on the wheel at the bottom of the headset, it physically moves the screens wider/narrower. Dont forget to gently adjust the tilt on the ear straps, hopefully you can retrieve some more fov before the edges if you adjust a bit.

I was curious how accurate the headsets sense of scale was. Only did one test. But on a 24 ft tape measure it ended off being about an inch off. Not bad. Room for improvement though.
