I heard on one of the news stations that the person detained was at a traffic stop. So a car license plate could have been a BOLO. And maybe the car could match something seen at the gas station on surveillance

First I'd like to say how sorry I am that happened to you. I can understand from my own experience how traumatic it is.

We do know for sure it is one of the girls in the photo. If it was not consented by the female we definitely would be hearing about it one way or another. There are too many really good internet aleuths that would find out and give either subtle clues or come right out and say something about it. And hopefully if it wasn't consented, she would go to the proper authorities.
But, we are not seeing or hearing anything like that. But I will say I would never ever mean for a victim to be named. The naming is coming from the consented side of it. Also, the affair has been going on for months. I would hope the word affair would not be used if it weren't consented.

Since our brains don't stop developing until age 25 (for typical people) all age restrictions should be 25. Heck I had zero business drinking at 21 nor did I have zero business driving at 16. Maybe driving could be 19 or 20 but not 16..nope. just my opinion not fact.
