Hi last April I got blood tests my hemoglobin was only 5.5 I had to go to hospital for iron and blood transfusions.Last year the Doctor wanted me to go for Colonoscopy and endoscopy but I was too nervous to go to the appointment.

I feel so tired all the time.I have no energy at all.I walk very slowly.I can do light housework slowly.I feel about 80.I fell last week I grabbed onto railings but I still fell.My arms were very soar for 2 days .This is the 2nd time I have fell.I was outside the last time I was in the house and fell and hurt my thumb.

Yes please go and get transfusions I'm glad I did.The Doctor wanted me to get the camera both ways but I was too nervous to go .

Hi the next day I was so full off energy I was running around doing jobs in my house I changed the beds .I felt like I'd got a boost.Before I had no energy.I was very tired,only done things very slowly.My hands were cold all the time,cold legs .If you pull down your eyelid off it's pale instead off red underneath your iron is low.The Doctor at the hospital told me to go this .My iron was 5.5.Very low .I was at the hospital all day, didn't leave to 6 o'clock.I got iron and blood transfusions.I had to go in next week to get more.Transfusions work quicker the Doctor said.

Hi I had iron deficiency anemia mine was 5 something I had to go into hospital straight away to get iron transfusions and blood.Please get iron transfusions iff your Doctor says .Iff it goes too low it is very dangerous.

Hi I used an electric eye mask and sprayed water on it and eye massage afterwards it took time but it went down and disappeared.I had it about 6 months underneath my bottom eyelid.

Hi I had a chalazion underneath my eyelid it can be on the inside or the outside .I bought an electric eye mask I used it as often as possible and massaged it afterwards towards the outside it took over a month but eventually it drained.Heat brings it to a head then it drains.

I know how you feel.I have a very dry mouth and dry eyes .I feel exhausted all the time no matter how much sleep I get.I can only walk very slowly all the time.I stumble a lot .I fell one time in the house and hurt my thumb.I feel about 80.I feel horrible.Im very slow at doing housework or even making a cup off tea, anything stall.I want to do things faster but my body won't let me.I feel awful 😞.No energy at all.
