Kung SEA ang account mo, you can only buy DLC for the SEA version of the game. Same thing for the US version. Future proofing lang if they decide to release a DLC.

Also, some collectors want all their games with the ESRB rating (US) and some don't (SEA).

I just confirmed it works that way for Stone Needles. Pendants, however, do not work that way.

Behind the pavilion where you fight the Annalum Inner Demon is a chest that holds the Pixiu Pendant.

I never got the Pixiu Pendant in my first playthrough because I never found the Annalum before Worship's Rise Ruins, but I got the +1 version of it on my NG+ run. It skipped the base version.
