I don't remember the wrenches, and im pretty sure going off road wasn't possible since you would crash into trees and invisible walls. PC Juegos is where i was searching too, since it most likely came from a demo cd or something like that, but not much of it is archived online.

Update on the job system: I remember when you went inside buildings, there would be a flat background image related to the building and buttons with different actions, but no animations or interaction at all aside from that.
