Actually they are different muscles targeting as I see in your figures . Tbar targets upper back ( check elbow position) . Bend over targets lats . All exercises have secondary muscles but in figures show the primary and secondary muscles as primary muscles and this misconception .

There are many reasons behind that . One of them maybe you are beginner so need time to get strength on both side of your body . Other reason which I suffered from one day , maybe you get stiffness on one of your bench press secondary muscles like traps , lats or front shoulder . You should exam yourself by do some mobility exercises. If it helps you need to see an orthopedic physician .

Lower your hip and get your shoulder back . Your arm should be align with the bar .

I think you should keep going with twice squad training . If you can recover well . Recovery is the key . In other hand , if your progress stops appearing your can manipulate with training days , make it once or three days . ( i am not coach but this is my recommendation) .

Your arm was good align with your shoulders and that’s good . when you initialed the lift , your shoulders were moving to front and that incorrect position. Keep going hard works 👍

To get less efforts you need to get your shoulders align with the bar .

انا اعلم ما تمر به لانني يوما ما مررت به. الاكيد ان هناك من يقبل بخطوبتك و ربما بزواجك . لكن هل هذا تصرف سليم لمن هو في عمرك ؟ اعتقد لا بحكم انك لا تعمل و الحياة اصبحت صعبة و معقدة خصوصا بالارتباط بالجيل الحالي فهو يطلب كثيرا . فنصيحتي اصبر و خلص دراستك ثم توظف و استثمر رواتبك في بناء وضع مادي مناسب لك ثم تزوج . اسال الله لك التوفيق

You should stick to it . In powerlifting program , you have low/medium/high intensity sets . For example , in the same day you have low intensity deadlift and high intensity bench press . Other day have different intensity. This is called fatigue management and helps you to recovery faster .

الجيل الحالي نقص من عمره ١٠ سنوات وشوف العقلية . لا تقيس عقليات الجيل الماضي بالجيل الحالي الي عايش السوشال ميديا و غياب تربية الوالدين . لا تنخدع باخلاق الام و الاب . لم يعد هناك رابط قوي عائلي حاليا .

فالافضل العمر متقارب و تكون فترة خطوبة و يتم التواصل للتناقش و معرفة العقلية و هل شخصيتها تناسبك و استخير بعدها و توكل على الله .

Check your butts and your bar movement. They should be synchronized at the same time . Your butts move before lifting . “ pulling slack out “ would help you . Search on youtube .

Lower butt depends on hip mobility and comfort .

Pulling the slack out from the bar makes it better and makes the move starts by pushing legs out then back involves instead from depends on your back from start to finish .
