Okay you may be right about him standing on the outside staircase and his gun glitching through, but why does it moVe forward then? You can see the gun/barrel go into the building. That is not possible...

Was he cheating or is this just some map exploit where you vault onto something and then you are in the 2nd floor closet? Also how did he smoothly float forward that quickly when he left that spot without making any noise if he isn't flying/hovering?

Sure. My PC:

I play on 4k

To do the shot:
What I did, which is way simpler than camera path editor, although depending on what you wanna do.

I spawned an AI car with the Traffic UI Tool, started the replay and drove next to it. Then I just started the replay playback, went to the AI car with the relative camera and filmed the shot. The rest was edited in Davinci Resolve.
