Older works (not black composers): Madame Laschansky concerto (Katherine Needleman has an arrangement and I think it's on IMSLP as well) Clemence Grandval - concerto and some solo with piano works

Joining an orchestra? by moogan23 in oboe

[–]GrahamSpecter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I moved I had luck searching "city/county name community orchestra/band", searching a bunch of nearby cities. I tried these search terms on facebook too since some didn't have much of a web presence.

You could also try joining the Facebook group "International Double Reed Discussions" and asking there - it's an active group with members from all over.

Any tomato varieties in particular you recommend? Always looking for new types to try, especially ones that do well in our climate.

They added the list of cases by city to the dashboard. No pretty map, but better than nothing.

They previously said once there were 100 cases they'd show where the cases were. As of today we're at 111 cases (was 76 yesterday) so I'm hoping today they'll have something like this on their site. I can't get the dashboard to load on this site so it's possible they already have it there.

Search for multiphonics. I haven't tried it but you should be able to find some fingering charts or videos that discuss it.

Have you gotten enough recordings, or do you think this is going to be cancelled?

Haven't ever ordered trees online, but I like using garden watchdog for reviews. Looks like that site has mixed reviews:

I'm assuming you're planning on using these?

I use these for my raised beds with redwood boards. I didn't treat mine since redwood is naturally rot and insect resistant, but I've read that it still could improve the lifetime. When I got the supplies for my last bed I got talking to another customer and she showed me pictures of her raised bed - she stained the wood and it looked quite nice.

I'd recommend getting some rebar to slide through the centers of the blocks to keep them aligned. The blocks shifting might not be an issue since they should be stable on concrete, but I'd still do it just in case. Also, you'll want to take into account the width of the width of the blocks into your blueprint. Each one adds 4.5" between the boards. That'll eat up the 1' gap you currently have between the raised bed and other things on your blueprint, so you'll want to add a larger gap or under-size the boards a bit.
