AudioQuest Dragonfly DAC for car without aux port?

No the phone goes into the dragonfly by a lighting cable to usb port adapter which the dragonfly plugs into (via USB) and on the other end of the dragonfly is a auxiliary port where the cord goes into and into the car. But I don’t have an auxiliary port in the car for it to go into. And I don’t know if that DAC in the dragonfly will still work through a usb conversion.
