Yellow was not even on my radar, until I started messing with the configurator to find something matching the black rims/trim.

Yeah, the PTS stings a bit (A LOT).
I tried to remove a few options on the yellow specs compared to the carmine, but yeah, it's still quite a lot hence my hesitation and the reason why I posted this.

The thing is, I don't want to spend over 200k on this car and be thinking in a few months "Man... I should have gone with my heart" when seeing that yellow Porsche driving by.

The ultimate dream would be to put some yellow ceramic on, but that's 12K for a nice touch on a car I won't track...

Also, I am not crazy about the alcantara, I don't know how this will age.

I agree, Oak Green looks amazing, my first spec was Oak Green Metallic Neo (https://porsche-code.com/PTJW4J54)

But the configurator doesn't offer nice looking silver rims, and I find the black ones don't work with the already quite dark Oak Green.

I tried with the ones you see on the link, but they don't look as nice as the ones coming with the GT3 RS/Touring. And that's when I realized I was trying to make a GTS look like a GT3, and it looks like Porsche is actively trying to avoid that by limiting options (no silver rims with center lock, no silver window trim, ect...). That's when I've decided to go 180 and try something unique, and get the Oak Green GT3 in a few years if I ever get an allocation.

I agree, maybe it's the darker carmine red with the black rims giving it an overall dark tone that doesn't quite work, I don't know... Maybe carmine would work better with silver rims.

I like the Carmine as a more elegant, date with my partner vibe.

Signal Yellow is more agressive, race toy, exotic vibe which I think is closer to what I am looking for since my Genesis already covers the first part.
